Overview of Cold Market Systems in Network Marketing

In network marketing it seems people search for a holy grail that they already have they just don't know it...a cold market system that works.  There are so many that I won't be able to list them all but be sure that people have made money in each system out there.  The warm market is great and that is the fastest way to make money for any new network marketer.  Especially if they work with a competent upline.  However at the end of the day every successful network marketer will have to use a cold market system for either their own business or for their team.  This is the only way to reach enough substantial income.  Here are a few cold market systems and a quick comment...further posts to this blog will go into more detail.

1.  Three foot rule-  The traditional cold market system that has been around forever get's its name from the principle that you talk to everyone that comes up to within 3 feet of you.  I like the 30 foot rule better...

2.  Classified Advertising and traditional advertising-  Classified ads as well as traditional advertising works.  You just need a budget to work with.  In this system it does take some money to make money.  The ads will cost you however you typically will get what you pay for.

3.  Buying leads- You can buy leads all over the place on line.  I personally have not done well with this and would not recommend it to my downline.  However some have done well.  My recommendation is find a place where they only sell your lead 2 times.  Some will resell your leads up to six times.  That makes it much harder to recruit anyone.

4.  SEO and internet leads using capture pages and pay per click-  These are great on line leads,  The only issue is that it can cost you big money to keep your site at the top of the search engines.  However these are valuable leads and can help you build your business fast.

5.  Social Media-  Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin are great ways to meet new people and a great way to target the right people and attract them to your business....the key is relationships...don't prospect people just make friends.

These are just a few systems out there.  The one thing I would always be leery of is when people are going to charge me to use their system.  Also how many successful people have come out of this system?  One key item is did you meet the person through the the system yourself to sign up in their biz?  If so at least you know you can attract good people like yourself to your business and that system probably works because it worked on you.
